Strong Defences - Spring Term

We had a mysterious arrival of a dragon egg today which hatched a friendly, red dragon. We believe it to be the red dragon from the Welsh flag and from the mythical story 'A Tale of Two Dragons'. We researched a lot about the dragon today and found out that his name is 'Y Ddraig Coch' and that his nickname is 'Dewi'! He comes from Dinas Emrys. We were all very excited to welcome him to Year 3!

Survival School Context - Autumn Term

Year 3 have made a fantastic start to their first Context on Survival Schools. During our first WOW Day, we completed stick webs, built bug hotels and even made our very own clay monsters! We are looking forward to learning more about surviving outdoors and working together to create a fun place to survive later in the topic. Take a look at some of our clay monsters below!
