We have revised a mixed up list of words from the previous weeks, continuing to spell irregular verbs. Take a look at the list below and add any that you and your child think were particularly tricky words to spell.
We have used our knowledge of addition and subtraction from the previous weeks to begin to find two numbers that make 100. We talked about these numbers being complements to 100. We used a blank 100 square to colour in the two numbers and then wrote the four number sentences to go with it. Take a look a the example below:
79 + 21 = 100
21 + 79 = 100
100 - 21 = 79
100 - 79 = 21
Challenge: Ask your child to find three numbers that make 100.
