This week has been a very eggciting week!!!
We discovered these during our
SPACE DAY!!!
What can they be?
We decided to be scientists and PREDICT what might be in the eggs!
Will they be baby aliens?
Will they be baby Yoda's?
Will they be baby piglets?
Will they be baby dragons?
We will have to wait and see...
We decided to paint our predictions.
This is what we predicted...
We have watched and observed ALL week...
On Monday there were 10 eggs in
the incubator...
On Tuesday there were still 10 eggs in
the incubator...
On Wednesday morning there were
3 chicks...
Then there were 5...
Before we knew it there were 9
hatched chicks...
On Thursday we moved the chicks from the incubator to the brooder!!!
On Friday our last chick hatched.
She has a poorly foot!
We left her in the incubator all morning and then moved her in with her brothers
and sisters.
She quickly snuggled in...
The brooder needed cleaning so we let the chicks explore the classroom.
We didn't know if they would be
shy and quiet
or
wild and dancing...
Would you like to meet the chicks?
Here they are...
Meet Chase, Lisa, Rubble, Lucy, Jessy, Daisy, Jadon, Megan, James and Tulip.
This week we have also gained our special TYY Astronaut Lanyards...
On Monday it was SPACE DAY!!!
We ALL came dressed up...
Our Astronaut Training began...
We completed a fitness circuit...
First we did star jumps.
Next we practised throwing meteors into Saturns Rings...
Next we balanced across the Hemisphere...
Then we moon walked...
Finally we defied Gravity...
Don't float off!!!
We also launched ROCKETS...
Astronaut training is exhausting!!!
We have also been busy creating...
What is happening here?
We can't possibly say...
This week the Helpwr Heddiw's were...
This week we are saying goodbye to
one of our friends.

We will miss you.
Have a lovely weekend.
See you Monday.
