It's been another super busy week for the Nursery Superheroes!!
Some of our new starters have been completing the challenges too!
WALT challenged us to take part in the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch!
We made bird feeders to feed the birds who visit our gardens too!
James and his big brother Henry helped the birds by melting the ice on their bird table!
We're going to have some VERY happy birds near Ton Yr Ywen!
George counted cheerios into his bottle...all the way up to 100!
Last week's I Wonder box had winter clothes...this week we had clothes for lots of different weathers!
We thought about how we could sort them.
Mrs Read read a story about different weathers and we used it in our live session to play a game!
(Mrs Mason wasn't happy because she couldn't trick us!)
This week's listening ears challenge was all about guessing sounds!
"I hear with my listening ears...something that sounds like..."
Lots of us made animal noises and played animal bingo! We practiced the Makaton signs for different animals too!
Some of us enjoyed Olive's shape game challenge!
Mrs Read challenged us to learn more about the weather...
Mrs Carrel challenged us to think about our talents...
Inspired by Korey's fantastic rainbow and her story Mrs Carrel challenged us to make a rainbow!
We've continued to play in the snow...
Kept ourselves active with some Music and Movement videos!
We've continued to practise our numbers and counting...
Lots of us are enjoying trying some of our big brothers and sisters challenges...and doing some reading and writing!
We made our own puppets and put on a puppet show!
Most importantly...we've had FUN!
